  • Pets allowed with permission in Verona room. $25 pet fee will be applied per booking

  • Quiet hours between 10pm-7am

  • No smoking, drugs or vaping on property

  • Use designated face towel for makeup removal

  • Lock front door when entering and exiting

  • No candles on property

cancellation policy

  • Cancellation with refund allowed 14 days prior to arrival

  • Full price of booking will be charged if reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival

  • Wedding bookings/whole house blocking are non refundable. 50% deposit charged at time of booking and remaining balance charged 14 days before arrival

  • The Montague Rose has a private parking lot off of Princess Royal Street which is on the right side of the house. For room bookings, please park in front of the the wooden fences. The parking lot can accommodate up to 9 cars and each room is allowed 1 parking space.

  • We are proud to announce that Nummy Cafe will be moving to the Montague Rose on the ground floor. As of May 2024, Nummy Cafe will be open and guests will receive a 20% discount off Nummy food items. The Montague Rose does not offer free breakfast with room bookings.

  • Curry dinner is available by availability and request. Dinner is $25 per person and includes daily curry, rice, and naan bread.

  • The Tearoom is available to rent hourly for events.

    High Tea serviced finished in 2023 and we are focusing on healthy options being available in Nummy Cafe located on the ground floor.

  • Quiet, clean, trained and non-shedding dogs are allowed in The Verona Ground room

    $25 one time pet fee will be applied to the booking which will cover additional cleaning costs

  • The Montague Rose is located in the heart of Saint Andrews. It is a 3-5 minute walk to Water Street, Kingsbrae gardens, and NBCC campus. We are located just two blocks away from the retail shops but we are on a street that is completely silent and peaceful at night. Leave your car in the lot and spend the rest of your trip on foot!

  • Guests can contact Ben or Zainub for additional supplies or find items in the shared hall area located on the second floor

  • Room rentals are open to responsible individuals during the off-season of October- May, with some rooms available on weekdays during September. Rooms are discounted at a monthly rate and require a deposit. Please discuss with Ben and Zainub if you are interested in enjoying Saint Andrews in the Fall and Winter

  • With adapting to the new post-covid 19 pandemic world, room turnover will not be provided during a stay of less than 4 nights. It is important to us to provide you with a clean space and leave you with privacy during your stay. Should you need additonal towels, toilet paper etc, please contact Ben or Zainub. If you wish to have your room turned over after the second night, we will be happy to do so by request
